I've had Pippa at max affection for a while now, and I also told her that I have Yammi on crew. According to the wiki, it is stated that if she's at 75% affection, she'll send an email saying she wishes to join. It has been nearly an in-game year with her affection remaining the same.

Bit lost as to what to do here, help?

You must have talked to pippa about money, and then satisfy any two of the following:

Talked to pippa about yammi
Talked to pippa about reaha
Be treated
Have an affection value above 75

To talk about money, you must have talked about her, carbonado and yourself.

Talking about money will set the timer that will ultimately send the mail that kicks off recruitment. 3 days after that point, and when you're not stood in her house, you'll get the mail.
