Does anyone know which enemies actually surrender to you and what level they have to be for it to occur?
None of them do, it would seem that particular part of the perk was cut out for some reason (perhaps balance?)
The only thing it does right now is make it impossible for the player to refuse sex once stage 3 is reached with the sydian queen
Perhaps because it would be a pain in the ass to make extra code/scenes for all those characters that ask you to submit as well as add extra code to most enemy encounters past and future. Just for a single perk.
