Phaedra II Train Dungeon Softlock

I tried starting the Phaedra II Train Dungeon but the menu it put me in to fix the terminal has 3 options, all greyed out, and no option back out. I can reload my last save, but interacting with the broken train terminal softlocks my game all over again. Screenshot and savefile attached.

you are a kineticist. next patch every class will have an option to fix the machine
