Pet-play Pup in Frostwood?

According to the patch notes:
New Encounter in the Frostwood: a pet-play focused pup!

However, I've been exploring for a couple of in-game days I can't seem to get the encounter to trigger. So, I'm curious as to what the conditions actually are in order for it to trigger, or where it's located if it's a specific tile encounter or something. Maybe there is a bug preventing it from spawning? Or I'm just dumb?

I like pet-play, pups, ecounters, and Frostwood, so this is something I've been looking forward to.

edit: I checked the wiki, but it is severely out of date for the Frostwood page and I don't know said pup's name to search it up.

I've encountered her in the southern part of Frostwood but not the northern part, not sure if that's just RNG or if the initial encounter's actually regional. It pops up as a random encounter so walk around or use Explore and it should eventually proc.

It sounds like a stupid question whether or not you actually downloaded the newest version, Vynal, but we've been burned before when posters failed to heed the KISS rule.

Make sure you're playing the newest version of the game.

I'm playing on Browser. Just recently finished playing through the Winter City, actually. I should be on the latest version, but just to be sure it says it's version 0.3.3.

I've only actually searched the northern part so far, in the area around the Winter City and Kitsune Den so I can return home quickly if I need to or quickly return to Kiyoko for a free bento box after bedtime. I'll check it out down near Evergreen or the Wayfort as well.

You have to have discovered the tile that leads to her den, then she shows up in the random encounter table.
