Permanent Glowing Hair?

Its not really a good idea nor an expansive one but...Can we make the glowing hair status effect from foxfire/frostfire permanent?

Go to Shear Beauty on Tavros, ask Ceria to color your hair. You want Glowing Ember or Fiery Blue.

Thing is Ceria doesn't color whatever fur you have though.

Yes, she does. Fur Color: Second row, third column, under Color.
