Peaceful Zil

How do I get the Peaceful Zil situation when I go after Lah? I know flahne has the convo option but I cant seem to get the Zil to agree on peace

i don't know the exact order of things.(or what causes it)
besides making sure the codex for the zil(is read)
make sure to read everything on the quest when talking to Shep/Able.
Do not Steal the amber idol(or whatever it is called)
challenge lah to a fight(at least how i did it)
Diplomacy
the things zil like/want:
Security(says zil will be able to roam their lands freely without having to pay tribute to apex predators)
Words(Truth, option that says lah has been selling them a lemon)
Sex(the option that says in short, to invite the enjoyable kind of offworlders rather than kick all out.)

This, more or less. I don't think you actually have to talk to Able if you don't want, but you do have to not take the idol, to challenge Lah and then pick the three right talk options with Quinn.
