PC defeat goes directly to loss?

I'm pretty sure this is not intended anyway.

When the PC is defeated with Cait still standing, it goes straight to a loss.

Any reason in particular why that is? Feels a bit off when I could have a few full/near-full health party members when the PC gets dropped.

hopefully that changes,i always find it annoying in games with a party when the player goes down its a loss even though your teammates are fine
