PC Busts?

I hope I'm not accidentally misremembering something, but is there a way to upload pictures to use as custom PC Busts for our Steeles? Or was that a planned update for the Java port?

I know CoC2 lets you do that with their PC's combat headshot.

There's a stickied thread about this, though given some of the more recent comments there's the possibility it might not work for the PC specifically. I also don't know if it works with both the standalone (SWF) and ZIP install, or just the former.
