Paulette keeps accosting me despite me having Crew Toy events turned off. Why is she somehow exempt from what should be a blanket ban on randomly jumping me?

I looked around in a save editor, and apparently Paulette_Crew_Toy is a separate flag from Crew_Toy? Hers is set to "2" where the other one is set to "0"
Would my having Crew Toy content turned on when I recruited her have anything to do with it?

Paulette_Crew_Toy is just a tracker for how many times you encountered her crew toy content. Crew_Toy is the toggle for her crew toy content, same as the others.Really? Because I've encountered her a lot more than 2 times. Does it only count the cat one that only triggers in (I think) the storage area, and not the other one that can trigger literally anywhere?
Some kind of "rescued princess" roleplay. One option is to ride her tail, another is to fuck her butt, there is no option to back out, and it can trigger anywhere. I've been hit with it on the boarding ramp while trying to leave, after sleeping and showers, in engineering, the cockpit, Security. I think the only place I haven't been hit with it is Storage, where the cat thing takes its place.

It's not the frequency, it's the fact that it happens everywhere, I can't back out, and I can't turn it off.
Also, I have a habit of save scumming for transformations, which kind of bypasses the two-day limit.
