Parsing problem

So I'm on Android, and whenever I try to install, it says "there was a problem parsing the package" is there anything I can do to get it to work? I appreciate any help I can get

Have you tried downloading it from different browsers? It usually fixes it, but sometimes you just have to brute force it by retrying several times.

What file type are you trying to instal? If your useing the wrong one the phone wont be able to 'understand' it and that may be whats causeing the error.

I might not be 100% right here but i think its an 'old phone' issue specifically android version within it. Try downloading an earlier, much earlier version of a product to see if it works. (i had this with steam and duolingo they absolutely refused to install with that exact error, having done a bit of digging found out there are specific requirments for android version, getting way older versions worked)

Again not an expert i dont work with phones this is just my experience. Hope this will help.
