You are probably talking about the Elosa ritual room. You can open that door with the Adjure ultimate, or after collecting the tablets around the dungeon

There's a grey'd out button when you're at the door that says something about having a member of the Order Astrida with you, next to the buttons for Abjure and opening it with the Tablet.

Probably just refers to the pc being soulbound to Nareva (you being the Astrida) or hinting at something happening once we return Thalia's remains (she being a first generation Astrida) to the serpent goddess
