Orc starting with human parts?

Something that's been bugging me, we have orc as a starting race option and as a TF, but apparently when starting as an orc everything but you face is tagged as human/elf? Only found this out when sexing Evergreen and having her refer to my human dick, which was kind of a red flag since, you know orc. What's up with that?

those descriptions refer to the individual body part's appearance, thus they only change if the part changes. human is just your average part.
