It still does half when you take it, it's the overdose effect that was corrected. The fix is that if your initial size is over 4 inches it won't remove your dick entirely when overdosed (As it was intended when written if I'm not mistaken). Where as last time if you had a foot long as your original size and you overdosed it'll remove your dicks entirely even if it's way over 4 inches before you even started taking the condensol. Instead now it'll make you permanently smaller upon the third dose while under it's status.
Just tested this on my main as I typed this to be sure I'm not talking out my ass.

Sure . . . all of this is true but secondary to the actual question. I suppose the most optimal (since you can run condensol twice before permanent changes) would be 96". If you want to ignore the GROTESQUELY large cock you could go for the one shot condensol at 24" which would put you at 12" when you use one.
