Olivia pregnancy bug

So I was trying to find out the exact day she gives birth so I can interact with her at her biggest size that I can (if it is possible) so I saved when she was on the stage before, slept a couple of days and when she was at her biggest size giving birth I reloaded but when I interacted with her, she has somehow given birth even though she was still pregnant when I saved

And it seems her pregnancy doesn't proress to the fourth stage where it displays the bust in the blog page. She delivers as soon as the preg stage 3 bust is shown.
