I just tried to play tits, and load my saved game, and it said that I’m trying to load a old version, what does that mean?

It now Javascript not flash you have to convert the save. Save file than convert, load, then play.

I deleted my flash saves by mistake before flash died, this save is from js port, and I’m not sure if I should report this as a bug, cuz I made a new save, and loaded that new save, and that message didn’t proc

Was it a file loaded save that procd or was it from the load and save menu?

Yeah if the error can from there that sounds like a bug. Tho if no one can replicate it idk. Definitely report and add the save there if possible the one that procd obviously.
