Note that this depiction of Nyrean dicks is officially declared imperfect depiction by Savin, despite being a great and detailed image on its own, precisely because of the spikes looking like a freaking torture devices, which they aren't supposed to be. The hair are also not properly spikey, and I'm pretty sure that the prominent claws on the feet are also a bit off.

What's my problem? None. None at all with you. 


But if you can't think of anything, than you have a problem which I can't help you with as there is no source material that describes how their footwear or the footwear of the entire TiTSverse looks like. Artists who draw the characters usually give them whatever they feel like giving them.
