Lucian Sinclair = a bi-sexual half-ausar turned demon-morph found at the Tavros beach. After doing some of his talk scenes you can also encounter him at Uveto picking up some new mods from Dr. Lessau. There is another talk scene that will activate the chance to meet his brother Dominic; whom you can then find traveling around the planets similarly to Kattom Osgood.
