You may want to check out the Event Submissions sub-forum, particularly the pinned posts; those should be most if not everything you need to know to get started! Except for the general advice to start small, rather than go straight to a full NPC; things like a scene for an existing character, or maybe a TF item - though I presume the latter is in your plans, in which case that works out perfectly.
Sweet, thanks for letting me know dude! I’m a bit of a dum dum when it comes to stuff like that but I’ll do my best. Worst case maybe I could pay someone to do it if possible…. But I’ll give it a shot myself first atleast.

Before that, I'd advise making a thread for it in the Event Submissions sub-forum, so people can look over your work and give feedback before you submit it - that way, any glaring issues should get caught and corrected, reducing the likelihood you'll have to rewrite and re-submit it multiple times.
