I just got back into playing COC 2 and WOW there's a lot of new things and some updates that I never seen coming. but one of the things that I haven't seen get any info from is Cait. mostly when you asks her about your Champions and Cait has nothing to say about Kiyoko, I know that hole is felled in by Kiyoko saying that she get along with her. but almost everyone get along with Cait~

There's also Agnimitra but she is still new and things are still being added to her. so I can't be to bummed out that two people in the party, funny how it's the bird and the fox. that has no one talking about them. will less on Kiyoko end. as the rest of the party knows her. but not Agnimitra lol. but hey. maybe there will be a small update on this. maybe, maybe not. who knows.

The most likely explanation is that as later-added companions they didn't have blurbs written and going back and adding them for everyone who has companion talks is really low on the priority list. Also in Kiyoko's case, she doesn't really hang out with the rest of the party outside of active adventuring with the Champ so there just aren't as many opportunities for the other companions to interact with her and form an opinion of her. But really it's probably mostly a 'we didn't write that stuff and going back and doing it now isn't a priority' sort of deal.
