Not able to start Ghost Deck (Public Version 0.9.016)

A quick browse via the search function doesn't seem to show anyone else with a issue like this, but I have a issue where asking anno for her to join the crew doesn't give the option to start the Ghost Deck, it just remains as "join crew"
