[Not a bug] Acid flask skill is gone and can't be stolen

So, I loaded my pre-patch save, to play around with some builds. The thing is that the acid flask skill is gone. I had it in my skill list before, but not equipped. I tried to resteal it from the siorcanna shaman. Doens't work. I've got mirror stance activated and got with acid flask a total of 7 times in 4 different fights.

Maybe I can't get it again, because I stolen it before.

I gonna check my skill lists, if other stealable skill are missing.

Note: I'm talking about acid flask. Not the estrus flask skill, thieves can learn at lvl 6.

Edit: The rest of my skill list is still there. Only acid flask is missing.

From what he's saying, lest I be mistaken, it says he gets the Power but then it doesn't show up on his list

That's so weird. I don't even get the in battle notification, that I stole it. I checked after every fight. Yet I could steal dominance from the selkies. And I could steal Jolt and Cold Snap from the avanai.

Could you two reupload my save with Acid Flask? I wanna see if it is gone again, when I load it.

Here are 2 screenshots, The first shows that stealing with mirror stance works.




The second shows that I get hit by acid flask, but it doesn't stealt it. I had no notification in battle, and it wasn't in my skill list afterwards.

One thing I just noticed, is that acid flask doesn't proc armor sundering. Maybe mirror stance can't steal it, if the status effect doesn't proc?

So, I've got more weirdness. First, acid flask never triggered sundered against me. I stripped out of all my gear, wearing only apprentice robes.
Second, the shaman did crit with acid flask. Yet, the tooltip says that this ability can not crit.

That's because that's her auto attack. She has a Flask as an actual weapon. She's not using the power in any of those screenshots, notice the difference in combat text between your examples and Balak's screenshot of him stealing it.

Edit: Welp, I tried again and it worked. I disarmed her before hand, so she had to use her skills.
I can't believe that this stupid bitch refused to use acid flask for about 20, very drawn out fights. Guess I used up all the bad RNG for this year.

I am very sorry to say, that I was mistaken from the beginning. This character never had acid flask.

Usually, I do all my testing with this save. For the one build I intended to use acid flask for, I used a different character, that has been deleted. Since my test build used acid flask and this is my test character, I assumed that it was the same character and that it had acid flask.

Apologies for the wasted time and thank you people for all your help and quick responses.
