Noob question - second penis items

It's been a *very* long time since ive needed to, but can someone let me know which item(s) will allow me to grow a second penis?
using the APK now so started fresh and would like 1 huge member and one small to see as many scenes as possible. ty.

You can use the Dong Designer, found on Tarkus, to get more than one - just keep spamming the penis type you want and eventually you'll get a scene that makes it into two smaller ones. You can also use Virection, bought from Busky on New Texas, which has a chance of making one dick into two dicks of equal size.

Virection pill also can sometimes affect you that way

If you use the Virection pill, you should save before hand if you're happy with your current penis length. Then reload until you get a second donger.
