No sex challenge run?

I have done this challenge run in CoC. However there is no mediation button to replace masturbation in Trial in Tainted Space.

Unlike CoC 2, that merge lust bar with health bar which avoid lust issue if trying this run with only consequence is blue balls status effect.

Since I am not expecting mediation button to be added. Is there item that reduces lust bar since that probably best I can get to do sexless run besides going to that doctor in Tarkus for genderless thing that might help with fighting back lust without sex or masturbation.

Want to see if I can do pure sexless challenge run here or not.

On top of that. Is there anything sex scene that is unavoidable when doing main missions that I should watch out for?

General
1. Focus Pills are cheap but have a cooldown. Chill Pills are expensive but have no cooldown.
2. You'll almost certainly want to pick Ice Cold during character creation.
3. Max out Willpower.

Class
I'd suggest either Smuggler or Kineticist. Smuggler can reliably doge any Lust attack that isn't an auto-hit. Kineticist gets +20% Psionic resistance, bonus Willpower and an activatable resistance to Drug.

Equipment
There are a few different ways to go.
1. Stack Tease/Drug/Psionic resistance. Tease and Drug are the most common.
2. Armor with Airtight automatically blocks a lot of Lust attacks.
3. Arctic Rescue Nuse Outfit, Dhaalian Maid Outfit and Steele Tech Jungle Jumpsuit can automatically reduce Lust once per combat. None of them count as orgasming.

The Inhuman Desire perk(s) would be useful for +Max Lust, but I'm not sure how you'd get it. The Treatment doesn't technically require sex.
I don't think Genderless will help.

I don't think there's any required sex during the main quest, but you can't recruit Anno (the best merchant in the game to sell to).

If we're talking pure no sex(no sexual activity in any way to reduce lust), I'd say focus pills and airtight armor are going to be your mainline option, with chill pills used whenever you get high on lust mid-combat. A run on kineticist is actually fairly simple albeit troublesome, as it specializes most effectively in taking down targets quick regardless of the number. With the right setup even, Kineticist can three-turn enemies with 2,000+ HP, and take care of groups with ease(also being the only class that you can play without ever having to pick up a single item due to how absurdly busted it is).

You can use a Fated Name(that unfortunately cannot be publicly said) in addition to Doctor Badger's Dollmaker stuff to get a total of 165 lust from having Inhuman Desire thrown in(It also helps streamline the process of PCs on The Bitchening since they don't need to worry about controlling their lust when spamming tease), which would make things centered around lust very easy to tank as you'd remove the ability to get one-shot by some lust abilities.

Inhuman Desire increases Max Lust. Passive Lust gain caps at 75% of your maximum, so you have more of a buffer between your passive cap and the actual cap.
Example:
With 100 Max Lust, you cap at 75, so you can take 25 points of Lust damage before defeat. (24, depending on how you're counting.)
With 140*, you cap at 105, leaving 35.
And that's assuming you hit your passive cap quickly.

The absolute highest you could get without obscenely raising your minimum lust would be through Brute Treatment and then the Dollmaker increase. There are others, but they risk perks like Easy and minimum libido increases.

Doll Maker has to be done first. It only gives Inhuman Desire if you don't already have it, probably to prevent infinite stacking.

That so? I remembered that if you had inhuman desire already, any extra instances of it from other sources would give you a flat +20. Which did include Doll Maker back then, and it only happened once.

Fascinating, not the effect I'd imagine a perk named "inhuman desire" to have, but with the problems I have with lust in this game(my character hitting the cap wayy to quickly, even with ice cold) I might have to experiment with it.

The most you can get is +90, but that also comes with Easy, so it probably isn't worth it. And a minimum Lust of 20, which may or may not.

I don't think Flower Power is worth it, because it doesn't scale. Unless you like the aesthetic.
