This is probably less of a bug than it is just game design(as I think I recall making a comment on the discord bout how no one goes to Tavros immediately since the game points in every single direction but Tavros initially), but I recall being able to force-start Jasvalla's stalking mode a little early as to make her appear outside of Myrellion/Zheng Shi. Was going to do it until I noticed Jasvalla was now not spawned in Tavros.

This is probably pointless to point out, but just in case I decided to do so since it's kind of easy to just outlevel Jasvalla's planet progression atm, as she doesn't really appear until Zheng Shi for me nowadays and I thought about activating her early as part of a little spice of dark to my run.

Jasvalla doesn't appear on Tavros until you step into the Mhen'gan jungle.

So, strangely, the quickest way I have found to activate her is to book it to Mhen'ga right after FIRST-14, take a couple steps into the jungle, then race back to Tavros where she will now magically be in the elevator. (You also need to have dealt with Penny's zil problem.)

I've tested this in several playthroughs. I like to lock Jasvalla up as soon as possible. XD

Lol, fair.

I recalled earlier versions of Jasvalla being immediately encountered in the elevator, initially as automatic which annoyed the heck out of some players. I kinda didn't mind it myself, because it added a dark edge to the game that was kinda needed imo, otherwise it just feels like a somewhat silly space sex game. Then again, I've been playing this game on repeat for like when Mhen'ga was the only planet on a website that hosted it, so I had a lot more time to get used to everything and figure stuff out.
