No fast travel? Is it a new update, a season feature, or a bug?

Got back to playing this game for October. Into game, and there's no fast-travel anymore. Checked to see if there's an option to turn it back on, or if there's any info about an update where you can't fast-travel in the Way, nothing. Anyone else experiencing this, and if so is there a way to get fast-travel back? Most likely, it's a season feature for Halloween, and I'm just dense.

When you go to a warpstone location, there is no 'Waystone' option that lets you enter the Ways Between?
Seems to be working for me. Unless you've started a new game and haven't gotten the Waystone pendant from Kasyrra yet (and opened the Waystone at each point with it), it would seem to be a problem.
