No balls cum volume?

It seems that Succubi's Delight only adds to the current cum volume, not the permanent cum-per-lust value, if your character has no balls. Does this mean that the only way to increase the permanent value is by visiting the Kitsune's mansion, or are there other methods?

Fox Berries. They can give you up to 5000 cum multiplier, with 33% chance to have effect, 2-5 increase, +10 if Messy Orgasms. Definitely a bug, but not of a kind I would fix
