No attack options [0.9.077-BACKER-ELECTRON#4025]

Using a Smuggler Steel on the Event Whorizon dungeon for the first time. I'm unable to access attack options of any kind. I do have a tail implant that is auto attacking and is the only way I'm able to deal damage on this save.

Is this the issue some players had where you have nothing but a "next" button? That was fixed recently, and you should just need to get the game again.
