With the newest Chrome version, you cannot have Flash on 'always allow:' You need to individually whitelist websites. Thus creating a problem with swf in that I can't allow it, it every time I load a swf file, it just re-downloads itself.
Best solution is to get the stand alone flash player, or use another browser. I prefer the stand alone due to the fact that I am not tied to a internet browser anymore.

Get the "Flash player projector" from this page. It's an executable file without any browser meddling with it.
