OK, so since I've been incredibly disappointed with myself up to this point for how I initially wrote the Perk perming doc(it was a dumpster fire let's be honest), I honestly felt that I needed to go back to basics and write something simple/easy(considering the one item I've gotten in the game so far is an armor/clothing item, I figured that was what I should do). And talks the other day regarding the Frostwyrm inspired me to write a whole underwear set themed around it.

Here's the doc so far, lemme know what you guys think, comments criticisms and ideas are always welcome at my doorstep. And yes, both players who've killed the frostwyrm and players who've wooed it are intended to have access to these new items.
