Just throwing this out there but has anyone else seen the trailer for the live action ghost in the shell. I guess I imagine the place would look kinda like that.

Also, as for the maid cafe you could mix it with a kitty cafe like the one i saw in Akihabara. Bunch of cute fluffy cat girls walking around as maids and letting people "pet" them.

Hah so it was true then, Akihabara does have a maid/cat girl cafe! Steins Gate has one be a major setting location, which is why I knew about it funnily enough.
