I have an idea for a new shop/seller related character.
*you feel someone is watching you but is hesitant about showing themselves*
This new character acts as a late-game seller who functions similarly to Bianca appearing on random tiles but they can show up nearly everywhere as long as their interaction doesn't break sequences. The character will first pop up when Steele is Level 1 and the message above will be shown, as you level up this character will show up more frequently and closer to Steele appearing as a shadowy figure at Level 3 and being found out as a seller by Level 8, by Level 9 Steele can get close enough to the seller to interact with them but they will run away upon attempted interaction. By Level 10 Steele is able to interact with them without the seller running away.
The Items he sells are very expensive but are strong transformitives. Once buying one of his items they will tell Steele to "Call me the Latex Vender, but you can also call me the Wandering Trader". The more items Steele buys from them the more they will pop up and attempt to sell Steele more of his transformitives. He will at one point give Steele the option to tell them to stay at that location, every 12-36 hours they have a 50% chance to not be there when Steele comes back but will then have a 50% chance to come back once you come back to the location you told them to stay at.
The transformitives they sell are all Latex based. They give Steele different items for price differences of up to -5000 to +10000 of the normal price upon meeting him on a different tile or a day passing. Their transformitives have different grades ranging from low-grade to med-grade to high-grade depending on what they do. If the transformitive only effects something simple like ears, a tail or penis size then it is low-grade. If it effects the limbs to an extent such as making them furred or making Steele's legs digigrade then it is med-grade. If it effects the whole body it is high-grade. If the detail and color is minimal such as the latex color being black or it being just shiny ol' latex then it is low-grade. If the color is more vibrant such as greens, blues, violets and the rest of the color wheel or it shows texture such as fur, a scale pattern or the latex shows some sort of less complex pattern it is med-grade. If the color and texture make Steele look as if they are the real thing than it is considered high-grade. Due to the different categorizations of the same grades there is often cross-graded transformitives such as highly detailed bunny ears or full body black latex.
Unless Steele is buying something they won't talk about much, as Steele become more of a favored customer Steele can talk with them more and more. Attempting to make the Vender talk will make them come less commonly or even at all to Steele. Attempting to touch them at low favor levels (gained by buying their stock) with them they will push Steele away. Attempting to touch them a high favor levels will make it so Steele can touch them but Steele will die by doing so.
With clothing they wear a black fedora with a feather in it, a black trench coat and a huge case-like object on it's back, they wear no pants however as the trench coat hides even their legs. A sharp grin peaks out between the tilted fedora and the neck of the trench coat.
Clothing-less it has a clear glass-like body with no genitals or breasts, its body is also smooth and shiny looking like the latex it sells. Their head has no eyes but it has a gaping maw with what is supposedly it's lips sharpening out into a zig-zag across it's "face". Their arms are long and thin but they thicken out near the hands which are bigger than their entire head, its hands end in 5 sharp looking fingers. It's body looks almost exactly like an hourglass with a triangular chest thinning out and making a second triangle which makes up it's hips. It's legs are the opposite of it's arms starting out thick but thinning to two sharp ends in which they stand on.
Once you have built up enough favor you can have sex with them but only after buying his most expensive and secret transformitive.
