New Kira quests Bug?

After I go to sleep, I get a quest for a potion of tranquility.
This's one down, but no quest for clothes and Sanders has a grayed-out talk (Gnoll?) That doesn't light up even after 20 days of waiting.
Bug or am I missing something?
