it annoys me a little that although Bio-Silicone does not block lactation it does not count toward your milk capacity, this is especially obvious if you have the perk which makes it so any natural breast tissue your character has becomes Bio-Silicone, so might I suggest a perk called "Synthetic Milk," a hybrid of the Implant-tastic perk and any of the perma-lactation perks (Hypermilky, Mega Milk, or the combination of Treated Milk and the Milky character creator trait), though it wouldn't be obtained instantly, instead being randomly obtained by your breasts being too full for too long, it could be described as your microsurgeons reconfiguring the Bio-Silicone in your breasts to hold milk like actual breast tissue (which makes the name kinda ironic since it's making the silicone more like actual breast tissue as opposed to making the milk "fake"), there could also be another perk after this called something like "Overflow Storage" where if you still end up being full for too long your microsurgeons then reconfigure the Bio-Silicone in the other parts of your body to hold milk as well, causing ALL Bio-Silicone in your body to count towards your milk capacity with the unexpected (and by that I mean completely deliberate) consequence of some swelling in your lips, hips, and butt should the milk you're carrying exceed the capacity granted by the Bio-Silicone in your breasts alone
