The one quest to make bimbo out of Plexiga or the one to try shoot Penny with bimbo-gun? Plexiga one should be doable when PC got Yammi then interact with her, get unlocked interacting with plexiga and then talk with Yammi about ppor Plexi and go out look for doctor "insane" enought to help. So if getting Yammi free of charge not mess up anything else in your save you shoudl be able do PlexigaQuest.
It's possible that the glitch will mess something up, but it's unlikely. I'm not sure exactly how you trigger it, but it involves talking with Yammi about the Pexiga and going around to different doctors until you find one that will help you. Obviously it's Dr. Badger, but pretty much every other doctor in the game will have an interesting response if you ask them before finishing the quest. Also it's a level 7-8 recommended quest, so it won't be easy, even for a maxed out character. Careful planning will be needed for techs and smugglers.
Eh only the second fight is hard because most people go for guns, but mercs do still come out on top with guns if you keep your physical stats up for headbutting the piece of shit into a stunlock to shoot it. I think a melee smuggler shouldn't have much trouble and that the class in general does have a stun but I'm not sure as I don't' play smuggler much. Techs are probably right fucked.

Either way, you can stunlock the second fight easily with headbutts, so it's going to be a cakewalk.
I recall first time I tried PlexiQuest strom like breeze thru it wih my tech up to point to ask: is that suppose to be hard? And maybe only luck it was but I not had maxed stats only max lvl tech back then. Just need take quite many consumables for fight to survive as tech aside good weapons set.
