You need to have talked with Yammi about her pet Pexiga.
After going through the required talk scenes you may visit doctors and talk about increasing her brains.
You just need to talk with Dr. Badger about it as she's the only on you'll progress with.

The only question I can answer is what to do with the IQBGone. You can give it to Penny for 2500 credits. I don't know if there are any other options as the wiki is down.
Don't know for sure, but you probably just wander into the depths of her shop looking for something that might help.
When Dr. Badger is arrested you need to walk around talking with some other npc and pick Peacekeeper option for them. THne it would allow you to get into Badger lab. As I not used this path often you got to look at wiki if it working in part for Badger "and updated with Plexiga Quest stuff' or well count someone who used it few times will come here and add details I missed.
Those aren't hard things to do if you just engage your brain a bit. Even I figured it out, and there are always previous saves to go back to if you fail.
Yes it's not hard to figure out but some realyl want to jsut enjoy Bimbo Plexiga and yet not move their brains almost at all. Such people are also part of playerbase whenever we feel ashamed or just not well due to that fact. So helping them guide to the light of smut is best thing we can give them, right?
In regards to the chip, at the moment, no. Fen didn't say it explicitly, but he did say something that heavily implied you would be able to put the chip in another robot at some point.
On the lamp, I went throughout the game tile by tile looking for a special response to it, so I'm going to say no.
For now both of those item have no other use than been sold. As above menationed one or both may been used in some future updates to something but as we today stand it may be like half to ful year from now this stuff. Up to you if you keep them or sell. Or just make fresh run again when content to use them come out.

She's at the ice cream store on New Texas. You'll need to buy her out of slavery and invite her on as your chef.
Oh, okay. Thanks. I never bothered with her stuff before, the way it was worded sounded like I'd be fucking her over and I didn't want to do that.
Also you need to have somewhere around 7 to 15k spare credits. Not little but none of crew members come cheap (no I not looking at you for free Bess or Celise or Goo Armor xD). And Yammi content still allow to fuck her but not so much on this part of her content. Even Savin sorta unhappy how her sex scenes are atm. But milking Plexi saliva are quite funny scenes.
Ohh you managed to get Yammi on ship and not paid credits...that may be a glitch (but one we all wants to have so you SHOULD worry that it's glitch but been happy too for saving some credits xD). And I think you may need to check if it can happen again to put bug report if it happen again.
