Is it overpowered? Underpowered? As always lemme know what you guys think, ideas criticisms and thoughts are always appreciated (I'm sure someone out there can make a more creative name for the outfit than I clearly have).

Probably not overpowered.

Resolve does nothing if you've maxed out Willpower.
3 Defense is irrelevant (Psychic Armor will override it).
I'm 90% sure Psionically Empowered and Recovery don't stack with themselves.

Just wanna make sure I didn't give it pointless flags.

They're separate effects, yes.

I'm not sure what would happen if you had two Psionic Recovery grades equipped at the same time. It's not currently possible, but if they ever do add the other two as Accessories, it would be.

I don't suspect too many people'll be interested to know, but this armor has been submitted. I also made a decision to rename it, because "kineticist's robes" sounded a bit too bland and boring for my liking.
