I know that after the Winter Palace, it puts you on either a romance path or rivalry with Kasyrra. But I wish there was also a more neutral path with her, you know? Like, during my playthrough, my character refuses her advances but has not attacked her, and during the Winter Palace, I only questioned her, so that should give a neutral path, right? If the main story does get developed on, I wished my character would tell Kasyrra what she is doing is wrong and hope that she would see reason. Her wiki page says that she's formerly human, so that could be a possibility,

There is a redemption quest for her. That might be as close as you're going to get.
There is, it just doesn't have much of an impact right now because all the interesting Kas content since then has been written specifically for her Romantic path. However, she has an intermediate state between Hostile and Romantic that's called Lustful. There's parser checks for it and everything. Eventually it should have more of an impact on our interactions but we're not at that point yet.
Yeah gotta remember this is a game in progress, right now there focusing more on getting the romantic stuff out so the people who like that path actually have something to do with her. Chances are they'll do the hostile next and neutral last, if I had to guess thats the order of route popularity.
