Nephila Help?

Hey Champions,

I'm really interested in seeing this little quest through, but I can't seem to figure out what to do to progress past infestation level 6, where you get visions to go to the mountains... Anybody know how to become a Nephila queen? Is it possible with a save editor, if the quest was never finished in-game?
