I am sorry, I've checked on my end and I cannot replicate this issue. I assume it may have something to do with how your language translator is interacting with the text rendering, causing it to not update the text after a change has been made, but I am uncertain.
If you can describe how you are playing the game (like what device you are playing on and what kind of translator you are using), I'll see if there is something we can do on our end to help--but keep in mind that we really do not have any direct control over how translator apps interact with the game.
From my testing, I played the game on desktop PC with the Firefox browser, and using the "TWP - Translate Web Pages" plugin to translate the game into Hungarian to simulate your screenshot. I was able to view the quantity and credit values just fine, as well as purchase the items.

It is honestly very impressive and a little scary that the translation feature works even with the game.
Okay, thanks. I've tested this on an Android with a Chromium browser and translation on, and I was able to replicate the bug. I recall looking into this issue in the past to try and solve another bug, so I vaguely know what is causing the issues (it is indeed how the browser translators affect JavaScript React).
For this problem, I've made some edits to the UI code for the next release that should hopefully solve this issue; but I won't really know for sure until after it is released and tested by others.
