Needs More Cowbell

Is there a way to get Brienne the cowbell WITHOUT the piercings (or remove them afterwards, which I guess amounts ot pretty much the same)?

The two come as a package deal, but after the initial scene you can have her remove both or either. Just talk to her and there should be an option called "Adornments" through which you can toggle what jewelry she wears.
