Need help transferring save files

So I've only started playing CoC2 recently when I looked in the Credits menu of TiTS and found a link to the game. Since then, I've been playing CoC2 through TiTS on my Android phone. However, I've decided that it's past time I installed the game directly since I've been enjoying the game and I'm tired of having to load up TiTS every time I want to play CoC2.

Unfortunately, I have no idea how I can transfer my save files from the TiTS app version to the CoC2 app proper. I tried using save-to-file in the TiTS version, but it doesn't seem to do anything. Is it even possible for me to transfer my saves across these two versions?

I don't understand the sentiment. What's so unbelievable about this? Are you asking how I managed to play CoC2 in TiTS when the link is right there in the Credits menu? Or are you asking how I "managed" to have the save-to-file function not work with no input from myself? What about this situation says that it's my fault it happened? How did I "manage" to do anything?

I don't know why and how this is even a thing. Compared to the CoC2 app, this runs slower than a snail through Crisco. Kinda reminds me of the browser version. I managed to load a file into it, but getting one out is impossible. Honestly, you should've just used the app from the start. Unless @Savin has some technowizardry to even begin to explain this profane feature, you'll likely have to start over.

I had no interest in the game until I found it through TiTS and tried it on a whim. Now that I like it though, it's a shame I have to start over. Now that you mention the browser version though, I have my suspicions that the version that launches through TiTS is in fact the browser version. I'll look into it and see if I can make something work. Here's hoping.
