Need Help On Kas's Redemption Quesline

I am thoroughly stumpted on what to do to advance Kas's questline. All I understand that it has something to do with the Faceless Blade. Either I missed something in transition or it was in my face all along, but can anyone help me where to go next?

Without the tag that usually tells me that this is as far as the questline goes, it just drives me absolutely crazy!

That tag should be on there, yeah. You can already grab Tollus's notes in two places which advances it, but dealing with the Faceless is obviously mid- or post-KM content.

Oh? So is it actually a bug then? Before I report this officially on the bug thread of CoC II; Redemption quest mentions and prior to the journal addition (by that I mean discussing this with Kas) describes I should discuss with someone from the Seven Gods, while the quest summary tells me I need more information regarding the altered soul of the Faceless Blade.

I will assume by this point that I have got both of Tollus's notes since I have encountered him religiously to make sure I don't miss anything in my playthrough. It even says it in the description

So can I confirm that the missing tag is in fact a bug?
