Need help Getting CoC to work on IOS

Hey, so... I'm not entirely sure what the hell I'm doing. I got IPAStore but have no idea what to do from there. I'm kinda just staring at my Iphone6s+ screen like "Now work.........work......w-o-r-k..."

Tried follwing that, got lost after he talked about IPAStore for the first time. Pictures would be nice for those of us that are... 'special' :x or maybe a little bit more depth in the instruction
