I recently got Kiro as a crew member after doing her quest to save her so I could finally try and ask her about Kally's Picardine, but after checking her conversation topics she doesn't have it as an option. I couldn't ask her whenever I met her on stations, it was always greyed out and said "She isn't up to talking right now" so I thought having her as a crew to make her talk would fix that problem but it doesn't even show up.
I don't know if this counts as a bug or I just missed the chances I could speak to her but I'm stumped. How do I go about asking about the Picardine so I can finally finish Kally's quest?
