After resetting the quest using the cheat button, waiting for a bit and receiving the invite email, I'm not actually to meet up at the res desk site. I get to the square at the appropriate time, but nothing happens.
Here is a save file right before hitting the quest reset button. After receiving the email I was able to progress the quest by using the cheat menu to automatically move to Nastizia manor space, but that was the only way.
