So like, I just finished the Narc dungeon. Spoilers ahead!

So like, not using the droids, and implanting gabicode altered vaginas on each of the droids you encounter seems to make Narc happy, but will only give a cut of the profits if you leave Jezzy restrained and not release her. To my relief, Narc decided to continue her drug and cure synthesis operations of her own volition, which was honestly such a utilitarian dilemma for me that I was of two minds on whether to take Blanc's offer or not, and I'm really, really glad I don't have to feel bad over stopping Blanc's work which, the means were certainly bad, but the end goal was altruistic of sorts.

On one hand letting Jezzy go might help later on? Possibly. On the other hand, Jezzy wronged Narc far more than Blanc did, and the way she referred to the bots even if it was to rile the player up, the way she treated them was inhumane. The right thing to do I felt was leave it to Narc. Narc goes above and beyond my expectations, and when asked about Jezzy later, it's said she's turned over to the authorities. The bot is far more humane than one could ever have the right to demand of her after her ordeals, and I'm really happy with the decision I made. Not to mention Jezzy being duplicitous at every turn, ready to inject you if you let your guard down.

I hope the fact that Jezzy is handed over to the authorities now means that she would be available on Gastigoth! Like, just to interact too but also to facilitate a second way to interact with her if related questlines require her, the same way Dr. Badger if imprisoned could still be approached for Pexiga uplifting on Gastigoth. Either way, yeah she doesn't seem very useful either way, Blanc was the brains, and Narc just took over his operations, and there's always Mitzi for a drug addled gabilani bimbo!

I think if enough people want it, and it's worth for the writers - then I imagine we may get Jezzy in some kind of additional way. However I don't think of her as being big enough for Gastigoth.
The likes of Badger, the Thraggen pirate and her crew, they are criminals that are a major danger to galactic peace, while Jezzy is just some street level drug cook. (They are literally Space Walter White and Jesse) neither of them are worth the cost it would take to house them Gastigoth, I think the only difference would be Blanc would likely get handed over to Xenogen for stealing their research.

I'm also not so certain Blanc was as altruistic as it sounds. He's doing most of what he's doing solely for his own benefit - which never would have worked without Steele Jr getting involved in the first place, even with us taking the deal - the end results don't go well for him.
