When going to try the scene it warns that it isn't possible to do the scene because of being pregnant yet i went to Oxana to check through acellerate the current pregancy and the game warns that the pc needs to be pregnant first to do that. So in essences the pc isn't preganant and Naiayana's scene doesn't work.

I can't seem to recreate this bug, the Rut Us sex scene seems to work fine (on a non-pregnant champ). The conditions for Lady Evergreen's Advance Pregnancy services requires a womb pregnancy to be at least 11% of the way through.

Do you still have the save where you encountered this bug, maybe you missed something?

Read this only now, and sadly i don't have the save anymore.
Could be just that, that the PC would be in the middle of the two conditions like an Schrödinger's Paradox. ^^
