Anyone have any clue who the figure on the right side is? i scanned through the image gallery and didnt find any matches.

That's the guy who corrupted all the nurse VIs, after he has an unfortunate reaction to his evil potions. You will see him in this form if you get the less-desirable ending where you disappoint Narc, rather than the best ending.
