I may be dumb and just can't find this information but how does selection of penis works? So, I finally decided to get my character two different ones (one is short and other is not). And I have no questions about situations when your partner can take smaller one but not larger one. Also no questions about scene in which you can select the one you want. But some scenes, like Amber crew fuck pussy scene, can involve any of the two. Then how is it decided which penis is used? Is it random or Steele just use penis in the first slot?

It depends on the scene: some select the biggest cock that fits, some select the smallest cock, some select the first cock, some decide randomly, and some allow you to pick which one you use. I think "biggest cock that fits" is the most common, though.
