More Goo customization options?

Is it just me, or do the customization options when you're a full goo character seem lacking? You would think Goo's would be able to mimic a lot of body features and many hairstyles/types, but it currently feels very limited. I'm just wondering if we will ever get more customization options for full Goo characters.

just something small since all the tags already exhist, not sure how hard this will actually be, but my idea is, for goo players, since we can shift traits in goo, how bout the ability to go full protean for those TFs we have taken, like able to change our limbs and skin and such into forms we...

I know it's not a priority, I just really wish that an expansion to Goo customization is considered down the line. Because currently all Goo feels like is just size control and not much more.

I'm definitely hoping for Ganreal crystal TFs as the next big goo race update.

I can just see it now:
Crystal arms and legs
Crystal skin flag
A crystal version of regal mane

I think the ability to crystallize should be an innate option for Goo customization, much like the Ganrael themselves. Maybe a small quest to acquire the option.

That would've been a great first upgrade for goo characters. But I assume either no one considered it or actively did not do it because it would've a bit OP for the pirate base, considering they mainly use lasers there.
